Your Rights as a DSI Client

1. Right to Dignity, Respect, and Non-Discrimination

  • Receive accurate information about the equipment ordered, including benefits, risks, alternatives, and limitations

3. Right to Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Request restrictions on how your information is used

  • Receive a copy of DSI’s Notice of Privacy Practices

4. Right to Informed Participation

  • Receive clear explanations about your medical equipment, insurance coverage, responsibilities, and supplies
  • Be involved in decisions relating to your care

  • Be informed about any changes in equipment, suppliers, or service arrangements

5. Right to Transparent Financial Information
