Tried to upcharge me 1500 dollars for my son’s insulin pump, 0/10 would not recommend

Horrible customer service, say they will get back to you, but will never reach out. Up charge on supply orders and mess with insurance so they can pocket more money, do not buy diabetic supplies from this. They refuse to order my supplies I need to live because there is an outstanding payment that is incorrect.

I’ve never had an issue with the company. I feel like you aren’t just a number but a person with them. Easy to work with, reliable and not all the crazy hoops and order issues I’ve had with the major suppliers. One star off because I would like call back or update on anything I call in about if it’s not resolved right then on the phone. So far it always has been resolved, but I’m left wondering until the box shows up on my door. Fix that and 5-stars all day.

I have found this supplier to be easy to work with. They are available when I call with questions. They also notify me when we are due for resupply and ship the supplies quickly. I like that they are located only 1.5 hours from my home as well.

This is the worst device company I have ever dealt with and I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 25+ years. Their over all organization, knowledge on insurance coverage, and communication is terrible. Firstly, there were several times were communication between associates was misconstrued and things were ordered that weren’t supposed to be, or sent after a certain date, therefore putting extra costs on my end, secondly, they have several times made me feel guilty for ordering something from a different company (per my doctors request)., thirdly, I spent A WHOLE YEAR ordering supplies from them with the assumption that they were IN NETWORK with my insurer, and it turns out they weren’t!? Why would you not tell me that up front? Now I owe THOUSANDS of dollars, after I was told for several months it would be zero payment after my deductible was met? I am a single mom, working myself to death to pay for a disease that I DO NOT WANT and these people have taken advantage of me.

All went well for about 5 months and I call to get more supplies and she says I have to find a new supplier. Would tell me why, just need to get a new supplier for my daughters dexcom. A phone call or something would be nice!!!

Easy to work with. Really helped us after the big mail order supply company kept giving us the run around and we almost ran out of supplies. I’m sticking with local going forward.

The absolute WORST. Missed a call last week on the 24th of October from them regarding an order placed by my insurance company for an insulin pump system. When Genia came on the line she didn’t tell me her name or the name of the company. She informed me my pump order hadn’t cleared and it would likely be another week. I complained of how long the process seemed to be taking, as I had been having problems getting the device pre authorized for several weeks prior. She then stated she had received my order on the 17th and it was only the 24th. I told her that was a week and that I was capable of doing math and reading a calendar. When I asked what the hold up was she said the device was on back order. She was rude and argumentative, and informed me she was the owner of the company when I asked for her superior. When I called my specialist at the device manufacturer, I was informed the device was NOT on back order but that she simply had not processed my claim. She then withdrew authorization, forcing me to find another DME supplier, which I gladly intended to do anyway. Terribly unprofessional to allow her personal sentiment of me to prevent her from doing her job, and a liar as well.

This place is the worse to deal with. It got so bad I had to have my insurance company call them. Customer service at for my insurace even express to me the lady gina/gia was difficult to work with. She is rude wont let u get a word in. How is she running a business. Stay away from this place.
