They are wonderful! Very welcoming and knowledgable. She easy to work with. I love the person that i deal with Gemjua. I am sure that tis not the right spelling but she is wonderful.

My son’s supplies are always on time and if something ever needed corrected they have worked promptly to fix the issue. I also like how when you call you get someone right away and you don’t get your call transferred numerous times.

This is hands down the best diabetic supply company out there. Every single time I’ve called, they’ve been so nice and helpful. Willing to go that extra extra mile to help you out, and understanding about everything. There’s some absolutely terrible supply companies out there, and this is definitely NOT one of them. I don’t dread calling them, because I know that they’ll all help.

I recently went on vacation and forgot my G7 sensor. They sent one to me until I return This company goes out of their way to service the customer. Thank you.

I have been ordering supplies for my diabetes for 17 years now. I still remember the first time I called Diabetic Supplies Inc and an actual human answered! What a difference compared to every other supply company. Genia and Chad and the whole team are amazing!

This has by far been the best pharmacy I’ve dealt with since being diagnosed. I truly enjoy seeing the staff, who treat me with kindness and respect at every turn. They’ve helped me in more ways than any other company I’ve dealt with. I always leave there feeling sincerely cared for. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! It is rare to be treated as a human being instead of a billing code in current society.

This company has always been great to deal with and I feel like you aren’t just a number but a person with them. Easy to work with, reliable and not all the crazy hoops and order issues we’ve had with the major suppliers. They are proactive with suggestions on new products to help manage diabetes and always let us know when upcoming deliveries are to be sent. Would highly recommend.
