I received the Dexcom G7 when I usually use the G6 and even used one before I realized that it wouldn’t work the way I expected them to. I was able to bring them back and get all new G6 supplies at no extra cost! Thank you guys for always doing your best!!!!! Always so personable and kind!

I CALLED AND SPOKE TO I BELIEVE GENIA I ASKED ABOUT CHARGES AND MY FRIENDS INSURANCE CHANGES , UPSET ABOUT THE HUNDRED OF DOLLARS WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED I ASKED HER TO CANCEL AND NOT SEND THE PACKAGE SHE GAVE ME A HARD TIME AND I STILL JUST RECEIVED THE PACKAGE YESTERDAY. THIS IS NOT OK TRYING TO PUT FINANCIAL BURDENS ON SOMEONE!!
