Will never use them again. Was told I owed money from last year. Never got a bill etc. gave them my insurance information multiple times. I mentioned I was out of my supplies multiple times. Got an email saying they shipped I’ll receive them in a couple days. The following week they called and said there was insurance questions and they didn’t ship them. Person was rude and hung up. Got a call from genia. Multiple messages different names. Told me resend insurance information and she’d call right back. 5 days later and no call so I called her and she said insurance systems were down. That’s a lie. She said she would call back that afternoon. Didn’t call until 3 days later saying still issues. Again I said I’m out of supplies and still she was no help. I told her never mind. Nothing was being done. She got mad and yelled at me and hung up on me. Her and her coworkers have no customer service skills. Horrible horrible experience. Will never recommend them to anyone.
